I first saw this troupe at the El Vez cabaret. Later accordionist Luz Gaxiolo graced the Clarion Alley Street Fair with her bellows while balancing on a rolla-bolla. An uppity producer told the wonderful Finelli accordionist to stop playing so a talentless, death-rock band could ruin the bubbly atmosphere. Last night I saw the full Circus Finelli last night with Junk Thief. It was a delightful experience even though I still feel bad about arriving so late for dinner. My driver overslept...again. When JT and I arrived at the theater Luz was acting as "security." She frisked me she found an empty candy wrapper in one pocket of my corduroy jacket and a copy of Eckhart Tolle in the other. She proceeded to pick a random passage from the book and read it to everyone in line. "That's heavy shit, man," she quipped. These teasing and clowning women were wonderful and played all sorts of instruments from beer bottles to the ukulele. Two of them did a dancing cow (illustrated here).

Oh, I love mutual cross promotion. Bryce is referenced in my tribute to Alpine Village and questioning the hate-based ads of IHOP.
You two have all the fun! My stars, such innnterseting monstahs!
I was having lunch yesterday at We Be Sushi, and Lady Vinaigrette was at the table across from me. I was tempted to throw a California roll into her cleavage.
