My uncle Ersal had one of them in lime green AND and 1967 Jaguar XKE. I felt so cool when he let me ride with him in them when he wasn't with some big blonde.
Thought you might enjoy this. I especially like the reference to the "limosette". That used to be my drag name.
OMG. You got to ride in an Avanti. Lime green. Studebaker had some of the coolest and some of the ugliest cars. Were any of them designed by Norman Bel Geddes - Barbara's father? She does play an industrial designer in Vertigo.
